About this fabric

Moray Cove Opal is built from narrow, irregular vertical bands rather than a printed motif, with pale cream and opal blue-green threads crossed by charcoal and deep blue flecks. The close weave reads as tactile and softly nubby in the photograph, while the dark threads give the light ground extra depth. Its restrained contrast keeps the stripe relaxed rather than stark, with the cool opal tone giving the colourway a fresh, coastal feel. No composition, width, rub test or other performance specification has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Moray Cove Opal to upholster a relaxed armchair or sofa, or make softly tailored curtains where its cool blue-green tone can sit alongside chalky neutrals, pale timber and deep navy accents.

Use its cool opal ground and textured vertical striping to bring quiet pattern to seating, curtains or cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
