About this fabric
The colour sits between aubergine and dark burgundy, with warm brown-red undertones visible through the closely textured weave. Its surface is predominantly matte, while lighter threads catch gently in places to create restrained tonal variation. The dense-looking woven texture makes this colourway particularly convincing on upholstered forms, where its depth can read as rich without becoming glossy or overtly decorative. No performance features are noted for this fabric.
How to use it
Use this deep aubergine on a sofa, armchair or dining seat where its wine-like depth can anchor a room. Pair it with aged timber, brushed metal and warm neutrals to draw out the brown undertones in the weave.
