Rock Navy

Rock Fabric

Rock Navy is a deeply saturated navy textile with an almost blackened depth. Its softly mottled surface gives the dark colour quiet movement rather than a completely flat appearance.

About this fabric

Rock Navy is a near-blackened blue with a fine, granular surface visible across the swatch. Tiny tonal variations keep the dark colour from reading as flat, while the low-sheen face absorbs rather than strongly reflects the light. This dense-looking surface gives the fabric a tailored, upholstery-led presence, particularly on larger seating forms where its depth can be appreciated. No composition, width, rub-test or performance-feature details were supplied for this colourway, so those points should be confirmed before specification.

How to use it

Use Rock Navy on a compact sofa, occasional chair or headboard where its ink-like depth can anchor a room. Balance the cool blue-black tone with ivory, stone, pale oak or warm brass accents.

Use this near-blackened navy with pale timber, warm neutrals or brushed metal for tailored, quietly dramatic upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
