The yellow is rich and cheerful rather than pale, while the light cream linework keeps the dense floral composition crisp and legible. Rounded daisy-like blooms sit among smaller clustered flowers, narrow leaves and sweeping stems, giving the surface a distinctly illustrated botanical character.
