About this fabric

This 135 cm-wide fabric features alternating narrow blue sprig stripes and fuller bands of scrolling leaves, red roses and blue flowers. The substantial 415 gsm weight suits upholstery, while the stitched surface gives the pattern visible texture and definition. Its vertical pattern repeat is 75.1 cm, with a 44.8 cm horizontal repeat for careful stripe and motif placement. Against the cream ground, the woad blue looks cool and gently muted, while the rose and peach accents add warmth without overpowering the design.

How to use it

Use Rose/Woad on a reading chair, headboard or upholstered bench in a room with warm ivory walls and natural wood. Keep surrounding textiles quieter so the alternating blue sprigs and rose-toned floral bands remain the focus.
