About this fabric

This 300gsm textile has a versatile mid-weight handle, making it suitable for both upholstery and drapery. Its 137.2cm usable width carries a repeating arrangement of sinuous stems, scrolling leaves and lemon-toned blooms, with the 64.3cm vertical repeat giving the design a noticeable but manageable rhythm. The 34.3cm horizontal repeat keeps the botanical pattern closely connected across the cloth. A specification of 31 threads per cm supports the finely detailed appearance visible in the swatch, where muted sage and cornflower blue-grey sit against a light, softly warm ground.

How to use it

Use Cornflower Lemon/Sage on a reading chair, bench or relaxed curtain to bring cool botanical colour into a room with chalky cream, pale timber and warm stone finishes. Pick out the lemon flowers with small brass or ochre accents rather than matching them with a strong yellow.
