Etched Scrolling Tulip Parchment

The Unfinished Works Wallpapers WallpaperMOW0128-01

Etched Scrolling Tulip Parchment pairs a warm, softly greige parchment ground with chalky ivory tulips, curling leaves and fine brown-grey outlines. The dense scrolling composition is framed by narrow ornamental side borders, giving this colourway a quietly layered, archival feel.

About this wallpaper

The muted parchment background has a warm beige cast, while the ivory botanical forms remain softly lifted rather than stark against it. Tulips, curling stems, acanthus-like leaves and looping tendrils fill the design, with delicate linear detailing visible throughout the scrolling arrangement. This Morris & Co. wallpaper has a useable width of 136 cm and a vertical pattern repeat of 84.5 cm, allowing the full-scale botanical rhythm to be read across the wall. Its listed weight is 321 gsm, and the horizontal repeat is 136 cm.

How to use it

Use this warm parchment colourway across a study, bedroom or period-inspired hallway where its low-contrast ivory foliage can add depth without becoming visually sharp. Pair it with aged timber, muted stone, oatmeal upholstery and antique brass to echo the design’s softened sepia-and-ivory character.

A warm parchment ground and ivory tulip tracery bring softly traditional character to walls.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
