Croquet Antique pairs a warm antique-beige ground with closely spaced round spots in weathered teal, russet brown and soft taupe. Its gently textured woven surface gives the colourway a softened, timeworn character rather than a bright, high-contrast finish.

About this fabric

The pattern is formed from repeated rounded spots, with the 17 cm vertical repeat and 27.5 cm horizontal repeat creating a lively but orderly rhythm across the cloth. Muted blue-green and rusty brown accents sit against the beige ground, while the softly mottled colouring gives each spot subtle depth. Woven in 67% viscose and 33% linen, the 139 cm wide fabric has enough visual texture to read comfortably on both furniture and windows. It is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; professional dry cleaning is required, and it must not be washed, bleached or ironed.

How to use it

Use Croquet Antique to temper a neutral room with its aged beige base, then pick up the muted teal in painted furniture or cushions and the russet notes in timber and leather accents. It works equally well as relaxed curtains or as a patterned upholstery fabric where the compact spot repeat can be appreciated up close.
