About this fabric

The design forms an irregular medium-scale check, with narrow dark lines crossing warm brown ground and scattered pale, copper-toned flecks catching across the weave. The colourway reads as deep and autumnal rather than bright, with russet and burnt-brown notes softened by near-black accents. Its visibly substantial, nubby construction makes it best suited to upholstery, particularly where the checked pattern can provide texture as well as colour.
