About this fabric

The image shows a tight, fine weave blending sea blue, grey and darker flecks into a gently mottled surface. Light catches the small woven intersections unevenly, giving the colour a little depth without creating sheen. The understated texture makes this a versatile mid-weight-looking fabric for upholstery or drapery. No composition, width, rub-test or performance data has been supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Use Donegal - Sea where a room needs a cool, settled blue-grey foundation: it would sit comfortably on an occasional chair, sofa, or relaxed pair of curtains alongside pale timber, chalky neutrals and brushed metal.

A quietly heathered sea blue-grey weave that brings cool, understated texture to upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
