About this fabric

This colourway reads as a warm, beige-softened grey rather than a cool silver, giving the surface a grounded and quietly inviting tone. Fine rust and brown flecks break up the even ground, while the lightly irregular weave creates a tactile, wool-like appearance. The visible weight and texture make it well suited to upholstery. No composition, width, rub-test or other performance specification has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Donegal - Grey on an armchair, sofa or dining seat where its warm grey-beige tone can soften darker timber and stone. Pick up the scattered rust flecks with muted terracotta, tobacco or aged-leather accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
