Vesper yellow

iKon Fabricvesper/fa1/gol

Vesper Yellow brings a warm, sunlit glow to the iKon botanical design, with leaf forms and berries picked out against a muted ground. The finish reads softly textured and gently lustrous, giving the pattern a layered, hand-finished feel.

About this fabric

Woven in 82% viscose and 18% linen, this fabric has a substantial 368gsm handle that suits drapery beautifully and still feels versatile enough for soft furnishings. The visible ground is a mellow ochre-beige, while the trailing branches and leaves sit in shades of amber, gold and soft orange, with small berry accents adding brighter yellow highlights. Its 45.3cm horizontal repeat and 58.5cm vertical repeat support the generous, scrolling botanical layout seen in the swatch. Dry clean only and do not iron, preserving the texture and the natural variation in the weave.

How to use it

Use Vesper Yellow to warm up neutral rooms, where its golden tones can echo timber, brass and aged leather. It is especially effective for curtains or blinds when you want pattern, but still want the overall effect to feel earthy and grounded.

Works beautifully for statement curtains or a confident occasional chair in warm, layered interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
