Fretwork Print Honey

Oakham Fabrics FabricSCF0139-03

Fretwork Print Honey places a fine, irregular lattice in warm honey yellow over a softly ivory ground. The open fretwork drawing feels light and gently hand-worked, while the close-up view reveals subtle tonal variation in the lines.

About this fabric

The pattern is formed from intersecting honey-coloured bands, with softly uneven edges that create a woven-looking fretwork effect across the pale ground. Its warm yellow tone is muted rather than bright, allowing the ivory spaces to keep the design fresh and luminous. At 252gsm, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suitable for both upholstery and drapery applications. The 140.5cm usable width is paired with a 30.5cm vertical repeat and 28cm horizontal repeat, so the small-to-medium lattice can be planned consistently across a project.

How to use it

Use the honey colour to warm an ivory, natural timber or soft beige room without introducing a strong saturated accent. Its open grid would work particularly well on relaxed curtains, dining-seat upholstery, cushions or a compact occasional chair.

The warm honey lattice brings gentle colour and airy structure to curtains, cushions and occasional upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
