About this fabric

The fretwork motif is made from intersecting red lines, with the pale ground remaining prominent between each rectangular opening. Its warm, slightly softened ladybird-red tone reads as inviting rather than stark, while the fine textile surface adds subtle visual texture. At 252 gsm and 38 threads per cm, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suitable for upholstery or drapery applications. The 140.5 cm usable width is paired with a 30.5 cm vertical repeat and a 28 cm horizontal repeat, allowing the grid to be planned consistently across a project.

How to use it

Use the warm red grid on an occasional chair, blind or cushions against chalky creams and natural timber. Its open scale can introduce pattern without overwhelming a pale room scheme.
