Oxalis Papaya/Honey

Zanzibar Fabrics FabricSCF0087-04

Oxalis Papaya/Honey places loose, airy botanical marks across an ivory ground, led by rounded papaya-orange forms and honey-yellow leaves. Fine navy, teal, charcoal and pale blue strokes give the warm colourway a lively, hand-drawn balance.

About this fabric

The ivory ground keeps this design light, while papaya-orange rounded forms and honey leaves bring a distinctly warm, sunlit tone. Navy spear-like leaves, teal brushstrokes and small charcoal accents add cool contrast without overpowering the brighter colours. The fabric has a 220 gsm weight and 44 threads per cm, giving this mid-weight textile a defined, even handle suited to both upholstery and drapery applications. Its usable width is 137 cm, with a 68 cm vertical repeat and 137 cm horizontal repeat.

How to use it

Use Papaya/Honey to bring warmth to an ivory, pale timber or natural-textured room, repeating the navy and teal details in cushions or painted accents. Its balanced 220 gsm weight also makes it practical for coordinated soft furnishings and window treatments.

A warm, lively mid-weight for relaxed upholstery, cushions and softly patterned window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
