About this fabric
This substantial 518 gsm fabric is suited to upholstery, and its 137 cm usable width makes it practical for covering larger pieces. The small-scale woven motif has a 15 cm vertical repeat and a 17.5 cm horizontal repeat, forming closely spaced rows of rounded, interlocking shapes. In this colourway, muted indigo sits against pale ivory, creating cool contrast while the dense weave keeps the overall effect measured rather than high-impact. With 53 threads per centimetre, the surface appears compact and finely constructed in the close-up swatch.
How to use it
Use Samaki Indigo on a tailored armchair, bench or sofa where its cool indigo-and-ivory pattern can sharpen warmer timber, natural oak or plain cream upholstery. Its restrained scale also works well on smaller upholstered details without overwhelming the room.
