Forma Indigo

Zanzibar Weaves FabricSCF0082-05

Forma Indigo presents as a cool, washed indigo-blue textile, softened by fine grey threads and a tightly repeated chain-like geometric motif. The close-set pattern reads quietly at a distance, while the woven face reveals its small-scale rhythm up close.

About this fabric

Forma Indigo is a cool, pale indigo-blue and grey woven ground, with a small interlocking geometric motif repeated closely across the face. At 436 gsm and 90 threads per cm, its substantial construction is well suited to upholstery. The 137 cm usable width and 4.6 cm vertical by 35 cm horizontal repeat give useful measurable context when planning cuts. Rather than a flat solid, the fine blue-grey contrast gives the surface a lightly patterned, tactile appearance across the weave.

How to use it

Use this cool blue-grey colourway on an upholstered chair, bench or sofa to bring quiet depth alongside warm timber, pale walls or natural leather. Its small-scale geometry keeps the look tailored without overpowering the room.

A substantial 436 gsm blue-grey weave with a finely repeated geometric texture for tailored upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
