About this fabric
The 280gsm construction gives Alora Grape a versatile mid-weight handle, suitable for both upholstery and drapery. Close inspection of the swatch shows a restrained horizontal and vertical weave, with slight tonal variation where the light catches the threads. Its 137cm usable width supports practical cutting, while the 0cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeats confirm that this colourway is non-directional and plain. The deep grape-purple shade has a cool, wine-like depth without a bright or highly saturated finish.
How to use it
Use Alora Grape on a compact sofa, occasional chair or full-length curtain where its dark purple tone can act as a confident focal colour. Balance it with chalky neutrals, warm oak and low-shine metal to bring out the fabric’s softened, tailored character.
