About this fabric

The 280gsm construction has a mid-weight presence, while the image shows a fine, even weave with subtle horizontal and vertical yarn movement. This colourway shifts between slate blue and near-black ink as the light moves across the surface, giving it a quiet, tailored character. With a 137cm usable width and a 40m standard length, it is practical for upholstery and drapery applications. Both the vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are 0cm, consistent with the uninterrupted plain surface visible here.

How to use it

Pair Alora Ink with pale timber, chalky neutrals or brushed metal to set off its cool blue-black depth. It can add tailored contrast to a light room on a chair or sofa, or create a calm, enveloping effect as curtains.

Use this deep ink blue weave to bring quiet depth to upholstery, cushions or full-length curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
