About this fabric

Two stag figures stand out against the deep indigo field, their branching antlers and sculpted bodies rendered in layered brown, charcoal and muted russet shades. The upper deer is shown in full profile, while the lower-left figure is cropped by the edge of the design, giving the repeat a sense of movement. Supplied at 52 cm usable width, the wallpaper has a 52 cm vertical pattern repeat and no horizontal repeat. Its standard length is 10.05 m and the supplied weight is 158 gsm.

How to use it

Use this cool, saturated indigo colourway in a study, snug or bedroom, where its dark blue ground can sit comfortably with walnut, brown leather and warm metal accents. Keep surrounding fabrics quieter so the russet-brown stags remain the focus.

Pair the cool indigo ground with warm timber, leather and aged brass to bring out the stags’ brown and russet tones.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
