Sycamore and Oak Sky Blue

Arboretum Wallpapers WallpaperSAW0186-02

Sycamore and Oak Sky Blue unfolds across a pale, cool blue ground as a detailed woodland border of climbing branches, leaves, ferns and tiny flowers. The light background gives the illustrated foliage an open, fresh quality while the deeper greens add definition.

About this fabric

This Sanderson wallpaper has a 68.6 cm usable width and a substantial 300 cm vertical pattern repeat, allowing the tall botanical composition to develop across the wall. Slender tree trunks and curling stems rise from a dense understorey of ferns, broad leaves and fine sprigs, with scattered pink, purple and white flowers adding small points of colour. The 141 gsm specification accompanies an intricately printed design rather than a woven surface, and the pale sky-blue ground keeps the overall scene cool and softly luminous. Supplied in a standard 13.5 m length, it is designed to present the full-height garden-like arrangement over a generous drop.

How to use it

Use this cool sky-blue colourway in a bedroom, hallway or relaxed sitting room with chalky whites, natural timber and muted green upholstery. Pick out the occasional pink and purple flowers with small accents rather than competing with the fine foliage.

A cool sky-blue botanical scene that brings layered woodland detail and an airy, illustrated character to walls.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
