About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Caspian Weaves collection has a clearly woven, tightly structured surface that reads as substantial rather than drapey, backed up by its 499 gsm weight and 51 threads per cm. The repeat is compact at 5.5 cm vertically and 6 cm horizontally, which keeps the pale geometric motif finely detailed across the cloth. In this colourway, the blue-green tone is soft and cool, sitting over a creamy base so the pattern feels fresh instead of sharp. The 142 cm usable width makes it practical for upholstery projects where a calm, small-scale design is wanted.

How to use it

Use Meru Celeste on a tailored armchair, stool, or cushions where the pale teal will brighten timber and linen. It works especially well with sand, chalk white, and driftwood finishes for a quiet coastal palette.
