About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Glasshouse Fabrics collection is a substantial textile at 505 gsm, with a usable width of 140 cm and a generous repeat of 68 cm vertical by 47 cm horizontal. The design reads as a layered fern silhouette, built from fine leaf marks that give the surface a woven, textural look rather than a flat print. In this Orchid Grey colourway, the leaves sit in cool grey-green tones with the faintest orchid and blush tint at the top of each motif, which keeps the pattern soft and fresh against the pale background. The dense structure and weight make it feel more suited to upholstery than drapery, especially where a calm botanical pattern is wanted.
