Hampton Weave Glasshouse Grey

Glasshouse Fabrics FabricSAF0286-02

Hampton Weave Glasshouse Grey has a cool, airy presence, with the geometric outline reading in a very pale, glassy grey against a soft off-white ground. The design feels crisp and architectural without appearing heavy.

About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric is a substantial 325gsm cloth with a usable width of 138 cm, so it has enough body for furnishing as well as softer window treatments. The pattern repeat measures 24 cm vertically and 23 cm horizontally, giving the interlocking geometric motif a measured, orderly rhythm across the cloth. In this colourway, the fine grey lines sit lightly on the surface, creating a gentle contrast rather than a bold graphic statement. The overall effect is clean and contemporary, with the pale tone keeping the pattern calm and refined.

How to use it

Pair this cool grey with chalky whites, pale oak and brushed metals for a restrained scheme, or use it to balance darker furniture with a lighter, more open feel. Its quiet geometry works especially well where you want structure without visual weight.

Use it for tailored upholstery or calm drapery where you want a crisp, understated pattern.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Hampton Weave Glasshouse Grey without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
