About this colour

This shade sits in the lighter end of grey, with a cool blue-grey undertone that keeps it calm and clean on a wall. It reflects a fair amount of light, so it will lift a room rather than deepen it, though it still has enough body to avoid looking chalky. In a north-facing room it will feel cooler and more muted, with the grey note coming forward, while in south-facing light it softens and looks slightly warmer and brighter. Beside pale oak, painted joinery, and neutral upholstery, it reads as an easy background colour that lets the other materials do the talking.
