Skye Grey

Skye FabricJ0263-07

Skye Grey is a softly stripped fabric with a calm, tonal surface and a distinctly pale grey finish. The fine horizontal ribbed texture gives it a measured, tailored look rather than a flat plain appearance.

About this fabric

This colourway reads as a cool, misted grey with faint ivory notes, lifted by delicate woven striping that stays understated at a distance. The cloth is 144cm wide approx and made from 35% Recycled Wool, 28% Recycled Acrylic, 20% Recycled Polyester, 8% Polyester, and 7% Recycled fibres. Its repeat is V 34cm / H 0.5cm approx, which creates a subtle linear rhythm across the surface. The fine, structured weave and balanced composition make it suitable for both upholstery and drapery applications where a restrained, textural finish is wanted.

How to use it

Use Skye Grey for smart upholstered pieces, roman blinds, or curtains where the pale grey tone can soften darker woods and metal finishes. It pairs especially well with chalk white, putty, and muted blue-greys.

A quiet pale grey that works cleanly on tailored upholstery or full-length curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
