About this fabric
Morro Stripe Blue from the Skye collection by Jane Churchill is a 142cm wide fabric with a vertical repeat of approximately 35cm and a horizontal repeat of approximately 4cm. Its composition blends 33% recycled wool, 26% recycled acrylic, 20% recycled polyester, 7% polyester and 6% recycled fibres, which helps explain the lightly nubbly, wool-rich surface visible in the swatch. The colourway reads as a muted blue with dusty grey undertones, broken up by narrow pale bands and occasional greenish-teal patterned stripes. That mix of tones keeps the stripe feeling grounded and calm rather than bright, while the texture adds enough character for scheme-building. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code K are supplied for this fabric.
How to use it
Use it on an armchair, banquette or slim curtains where the blue ground can sit comfortably with oak, chalky neutrals and brushed metal. The cooler stripe palette works especially well in rooms that need pattern without strong contrast.
