About this fabric
Woven in a 64% polyester, 32% viscose and 4% cotton blend, Shelley Fossil has the look of a practical mid-weight upholstery fabric with a refined, dry hand. The surface reads as a pale grey-beige rather than a cool silver, with small flecks and a subtle vertical movement that keep the colourway from feeling uniform. With a width of approximately 138cm and a repeat of 0cm vertical and horizontal, it offers an uncomplicated, versatile plain for measured upholstery projects. The tone is understated and softly warm, making it easy to pair with timber, stone and other muted natural finishes.
How to use it
Use Shelley Fossil on a sofa, armchair or banquet seating where a restrained, tailored neutral is needed. Its soft grey warmth also works well beside oatmeal linens, brushed oak and deeper charcoal accents.
