Fontane Pewter

Sansa FabricJ737F-04

Fontane Pewter shows a refined lattice pattern in a soft pewter grey, with pale motifs set against a gently textured ground. The finish feels cool and airy rather than heavy, giving the design a crisp, contemporary presence.

About this fabric

This colourway is woven in 42% Linen, 27% Cotton, 27% Viscose and 4% Polyamide, with a width of approximately 144cm and a repeat of V 35cm / H 18cm approx. The surface has a subtle slubbed texture that softens the geometric trellis, while the pale grey and ivory tones keep the pattern calm and versatile. In the image, the motif reads as an elongated diamond lattice, with the pewter ground sitting quietly behind the lighter raised shapes. It is a smart, understated fabric that brings pattern without strong contrast, making it easy to layer into both modern and classic schemes.

How to use it

Use Fontane Pewter on curtains, cushions or a simple upholstered chair to add structure without darkening a room. Its cool grey-ivory palette works especially well with chalk whites, pale oak and brushed metal finishes.

Use for tailored curtains or light upholstery where a cool neutral pattern is wanted.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Fontane Pewter without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
