Fontane Red

This colourway combines 42% linen, 27% cotton, 27% viscose and 4% polyamide, so the weave has a natural mattness with enough body for practical interiors. The 144cm approx width and repeat of V 35cm / H 18cm approx make it well suited to larger upholstered pieces or made-to-measure curtains where the pattern can be properly aligned. Visually, the red reads as a warm coral rather than a blue-based crimson, and the pale ground lifts the design so it does not feel heavy. The textured weave catches the light softly, giving the pattern a fresh, slightly tactile finish. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this fabric.
