About this fabric

This Sansa fabric by Jane Churchill is woven with a composition of 84% Cotton, 11% Polyacrylic, 2% Polyester, 2% Viscose and 1% Polyamide, and it comes in an approximate width of 132cm. The repeat runs vertically at approximately 20cm with no horizontal repeat, which reinforces the orderly striped effect visible in the swatch. In this colourway, the palette reads as softly sun-warmed rather than bright, with red and orange notes settling into a pale beige base. The texture looks lightly slubbed and tactile, giving the stripes a relaxed woven character rather than a flat printed finish.

How to use it

Use it on a compact chair, banquette or headboard where the narrow stripe can bring warmth without overwhelming the room. It pairs well with natural woods, chalky neutrals and deeper terracotta accents.

A crisp striped weave that suits tailored upholstery and neat cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
