Lloyd Aqua is a softly muted aqua with a fine, cross-woven texture that gives the surface a calm, linen-like character. Its cool blue-green tone feels airy and understated rather than bright.

About this fabric

Lloyd Aqua from the Sansa collection by Jane Churchill is a 142cm-wide fabric with no visible repeat, making it straightforward for upholstery and relaxed window treatments. The composition combines 48% cotton, 22% acrylic, 20% viscose, 8% linen and 2% polyester, which helps explain the cloth’s gently textural, slightly heathered appearance. In this colourway, the aqua reads as softened and mineral rather than vivid, with a pale blue-green cast that sits quietly across the weave. The surface has a dry, understated handle visually, with tiny flecks and tonal variation that keep the shade from feeling flat.

How to use it

Use Lloyd Aqua on an armchair, bench or loose cover where its cool, washed aqua can add freshness without dominating the room. It pairs especially well with pale oak, chalk white and soft sand tones.

A quietly textured aqua that works beautifully across upholstered pieces and soft furnishings.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
