Fraser Pale Grey shows a very fine herringbone weave in a soft, cool grey with a lightly heathered finish. The small-scale pattern gives the fabric a calm, tailored look.

About this fabric

This colourway reads as a pale, misty grey with a gentle natural softness from the recycled wool content. Its tiny herringbone repeat is crisp but understated, running evenly across the cloth and giving the surface a neat, woven rhythm. At approximately 144cm wide, the fabric has the breadth needed for practical making-up, and the 51% recycled wool / 39% recycled acrylic / 10% recycled polyester composition suggests a stable, usable textile with a wool-rich handle. The finish looks refined rather than rustic, with just enough texture to catch the light without losing its clean grey tone. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code K are supplied for this exact cloth.

How to use it

Use it for a smart sofa, banquette or dining chairs where the pale grey herringbone can add quiet detail without dominating the room. It also works well as relaxed curtains in a light-filled interior, especially alongside oak, limestone or deeper charcoal accents.

A quiet pale grey that suits tailored upholstery or soft curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Fraser Pale Grey without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
