About this colour

This shade reads as a warm pink-plum with a blue-red base, so it keeps its depth while still looking clear on the wall. In north-facing light it can appear more muted and slightly cooler, drawing out the mauve side of the colour. In south-facing rooms the pink warmth comes forward and the finish feels brighter, while Active Emulsion and Waterbased Eggshell both suit walls and woodwork with a calm, even look. It sits well beside pale oak, walnut, chalky whites, and upholstery in deep green, damson, or muted rose tones.

How to use it

Use it in a sitting room, bedroom, or dressing room where you want a colour with more character than a simple pink. It works neatly with painted joinery in soft white or with timber trims, and pairs well beside velvets, linens, and woven patterns in moss, plum, or stone shades.
