About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric has a usable width of 139 cm and a pattern repeat of 8.5 cm vertically by 12 cm horizontally, giving the stripe a neat, regular rhythm. At 205 gsm, it sits in a versatile mid-weight range that suits curtains, blinds and lighter upholstery alike. The visible weave reads smooth and closely woven, with the blue stripes softened by the chalky porcelain background rather than pushed into a strong contrast. The small repeating chain-like detail adds just enough structure to keep the design crisp without feeling busy.

How to use it

Use it where you want a cool, restrained stripe that won’t overpower the room: on a slipper chair, Roman blind or full-length curtain. The porcelain ground works especially well with white, pale oak and brushed silver finishes.

The cool porcelain ground keeps the narrow blue stripes crisp and airy, ideal for a calm, tailored scheme.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Jamandi Stripe Porcelain/Blue without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
