About this fabric

This Sanderson One Sixty Fabrics design is a printed fabric with a 139cm usable width, a 60m standard length and a 56cm vertical by 69cm horizontal repeat. At 252gsm, it has enough substance for curtains and lighter upholstery applications, while the visible ground remains soft and luminous. The colourway combines ivory and cream tones with pale leaf greens and a few richer grassy accents, giving the pattern a freshly picked, spring-like feel. The floral clusters are open and delicate, so the design reads spaciously across the cloth instead of feeling densely packed.

How to use it

Use English Pear where you want a room to feel bright and garden-like: it works especially well for full-height curtains, valances or a statement armchair in a light-filled space. Pair it with painted wood in warm white, pale sage or natural timber to echo the fabric’s soft green leaves.

A fresh, airy print that suits elegant curtains or light decorative upholstery.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Adele English Pear without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
