Tuscany II Weaves FabricSAF0130-13

Tuscany Parchment has a calm parchment-beige ground with a dry, nubby woven texture that reads warm and understated in the light. The surface feels quietly tailored rather than smooth or glossy.

About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Tuscany II Weaves collection is a substantial textile at 344 gsm, with a usable width of 137.5 cm and no pattern repeat, making the weave and handle the focus. In this colourway, the palette sits in a soft parchment beige with a gentle warm cast, broken up by tiny flecks and slubs that give the cloth a natural, handwoven look. The tight, regular weave adds structure and visual depth without introducing any motif, so the fabric reads as textural rather than patterned. With 56 threads per cm, it has a refined density that should work well where a neat, durable finish is wanted.

How to use it

Use Tuscany Parchment on an upholstered armchair, bench or headboard where its warm neutral tone can soften sharper room details. It also suits relaxed curtains or Roman blinds in rooms that need a light, earthy backdrop rather than a stark cream.

A softly textured neutral that suits tailored upholstery or understated curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
