Tuscany II Weaves FabricSAF0130-05

Tuscany Indigo is a quietly textured indigo weave with a cool, washed-blue look and plenty of visible surface grain. The colour feels deep but softened, letting the weave create the interest rather than any pattern.

About this fabric

This colourway shows a muted indigo blue with slate undertones, so the surface reads cool rather than bright. The close, nubby weave is clearly visible across the cloth, giving it a tactile, tailored character with subtle flecks of lighter yarn breaking up the tone. At 344gsm, 137.5 cm wide and with no vertical or horizontal repeat, it is a substantial plain woven fabric that suits structured applications. The 56 threads per cm specification supports the refined, tightly worked finish visible in the image.

How to use it

Use Tuscany Indigo on sofas, dining chairs or a headboard where its deep blue will look crisp against pale walls, oak or brushed metal. It also works well in rooms that need a grounded colour with enough texture to stop a scheme feeling flat.

A cool indigo weave that gives upholstery a tailored, quietly textured finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
