Kingswood FabricJ0129-03

Hester Indigo shows a refined vertical stripe with a softly weathered, cool blue ground. The narrow patterned bands give the fabric a measured rhythm and a quietly tailored feel.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, Hester Indigo has a naturally matte surface that suits both relaxed upholstery and elegant drapery. The design repeats at approximately 18cm vertically and 28cm horizontally, creating alternating stripe columns with a fine, intricate linear detail. In this colourway the blue reads muted and slightly smoky rather than bright, with the darker outlines sharpening the pattern without making it feel harsh. The 140cm approximate width gives useful coverage for furnishings where the stripe can run cleanly across larger areas. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Hester Indigo on a tailored armchair, roman blind or full-height curtains where its cool blue tone can bring definition without overwhelming the room. It pairs especially well with chalk white, pale oak and brushed metal finishes.

A cool indigo stripe that brings quiet structure to classic or contemporary rooms.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Hester Indigo without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
