Greenway Blue

Kingswood FabricJ0131-01

Greenway Blue shows a painterly woodland scene in cool blue-greens, soft sage and muted teal, with fresh coral-pink flowers lifting the darker ground. The overall effect is layered and atmospheric rather than bright.

About this fabric

This fabric from the Kingswood collection by Jane Churchill is composed of 90% cotton and 10% viscose, with an approximate width of 140cm and a vertical repeat of 73cm and horizontal repeat of 70cm. The design is a large-scale botanical with clustered trees, ferns and flowering shrubs, all picked out in a cool blue-green palette that feels softly aged. Blue foliage and dusky teal grounds sit alongside pale cream blossom and small coral accents, giving the cloth depth without losing delicacy. The visible handle appears to be a versatile mid-weight, suitable for upholstery use where the pattern can be seen clearly. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Its cool blue-green tone works beautifully with painted timber, sisal, and chalky neutrals, while the coral-pink details add just enough warmth to prevent the scheme from feeling flat. Use it for a feature armchair, ottoman or tailored blind in a room that needs pattern with a calm, layered mood.

Use on a statement chair or blind to let the painterly garden motif breathe.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
