About this fabric

This woven fabric weighs 346gsm and has a 132.5cm usable width, giving the cloth a substantial handle suited to upholstery. Repeated vertical columns are built from broken, stacked chevron-like marks in closely related blue-grey tones, rather than a flat printed line. The pattern repeats vertically every 23.5cm and horizontally every 19cm, while the 28 threads-per-centimetre construction contributes to its finely textured surface. The overall colour remains muted and cool, with lighter threads catching the surface and preventing the blue stone tone from appearing heavy.

How to use it

Use Loelia Blue Stone on a tailored armchair, headboard or sofa where its cool slate-blue tone can balance warm timber, chalky walls and pale natural flooring. The compact vertical repeat also suits panels or cushions when a measured geometric rhythm is wanted.
