Ardingly Natural

Zinc Textile X Mhd 1 Fabric

Ardingly Natural combines a pale ivory ground with softly variegated taupe and greige threads. Its lightly distressed, vertical texture gives the surface a calm, natural depth rather than a defined motif.

About this fabric

The face of this colourway is predominantly warm ivory, crossed by fine taupe and greige striations that create a gently mottled appearance. Subtle shifts between lighter and darker threads make the weave catch the light unevenly, while the vertical movement adds quiet structure across the cloth. The restrained palette keeps the overall effect airy, but the weathered texture prevents it from feeling flat or stark. No composition, width or rub-test specification is supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Pair Ardingly Natural with chalky whites, warm stone and pale oak for a softly layered room scheme. Its low-contrast ivory-and-taupe texture is suited to relaxed upholstery, cushions or curtains where pattern is not required.

Use this softly weathered ivory-and-taupe weave to add quiet texture to upholstered seating, cushions or full-length curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
