About this fabric

This colourway reads as a warm, chalky ivory rather than a bright white, with subtle woven flecking that gives the cloth depth without a visible pattern. Made from 54% polyester and 46% cotton, it has a balanced hand that suits both severe contract upholstery and drapes. The fabric is 140cm wide and carries a 50,000 severe contract rub test, making it a practical choice where durability matters. At 459 grams per linear metre and 340 grams per square metre, it presents as a reassuringly substantial plain with enough body for structured soft furnishings. The surface has a calm, understated texture that feels tailored and timeless in this pale neutral shade.

How to use it

Use Lunar Ivory to soften darker timber, stone and painted joinery, or to keep upholstery and curtains feeling light and architectural. Its muted ivory tone layers easily with sand, taupe and soft greys.

A clean ivory neutral that works beautifully for tailored upholstery or quietly elegant curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
