Zola Storm

Nuala Fabric

Zola Storm has a cool, stormy blue-grey ground with rows of softly broken chevrons running across the surface. Its dense, tactile appearance gives the pattern a muted depth rather than a crisp graphic finish.

About this fabric

The fabric is visibly textured, with small tonal variations within the grey-blue ground and lighter chevron lines that catch across the weave. The repeated zigzag motif is medium in scale and softened by the mottled surface, giving this colourway a composed, atmospheric character. No composition, width, rub test or performance features are supplied for Zola Storm.

How to use it

Use this cool storm blue-grey on a tailored armchair, headboard or pair of cushions, where the softened chevrons can add pattern without introducing a bright accent. Pair it with charcoal, pale stone and weathered timber to draw out its quiet depth.

The cool blue-grey ground and rhythmic chevrons suit tailored upholstery, occasional chairs and cushions.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Zola Storm without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
