Ferndown Aqua pairs a softly warm cream ground with delicate fern fronds, leafy stems and broad botanical leaves in pale aqua, sage and muted blue-green. The fine illustrated detail gives the colourway a light, airy character while retaining gentle tonal depth.

About this fabric

The design is arranged with varied fern shapes and leafy sprigs, including blue-aqua leaves and deeper sage foliage that stand out against the creamy background. A subtle woven surface softens the printed botanical detail without obscuring its fine stems and divided leaves. Made from 90% cotton and 10% linen, the 132 cm-wide fabric has a 20,000 Martindale rub test and is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. Professional dry cleaning is required after care.

How to use it

Use Ferndown Aqua to bring a cool, garden-like note to a relaxed room, particularly on curtains or a bedspread where the pale ground can brighten the scheme. Its muted aqua and sage leaves also work well on occasional or loose-upholstered seating alongside natural wood and warm neutral finishes.
