Ferns Embroidery Verdigris

Burford FabricSP-BF10991.1

Ferns Embroidery Verdigris places fern fronds, leafy stems and small botanical sprigs across a warm ivory ground. Muted sage and olive greens give the pattern a cool, gently weathered character, while fine rust and tan details add depth.

About this fabric

The design is formed from widely spaced embroidered-looking botanical motifs, including upright fern leaves, curling fronds and small scattered sprigs. Its restrained verdigris palette combines sage, grey-green and olive with subtle rust, ochre and taupe accents against ivory. The fabric is composed of 75% linen, 19% spun polyester and 6% rayon, with a 122 cm width. A 58 cm vertical repeat and 61 cm horizontal repeat give the pattern a substantial scale for curtains and bedspreads.

How to use it

Use this cool sage-and-ivory colourway for relaxed curtains in a light-filled room, or carry the botanical repeat onto a bedspread. Natural wood, chalky neutrals and small touches of aged brass will complement its muted rust accents.

A softly botanical choice for curtains or bedspreads, pairing an ivory ground with muted sage, olive and rust embroidery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
