Lilliput Aqua presents a charming illustrated landscape of branching trees, fruit, birds and feathery foliage across a softly pale aqua ground. The cool blue-green base gives the detailed pattern a gentle, faded character, with muted coral and sage accents adding warmth.

About this fabric

Woven from 90% cotton and 10% linen, this 138 cm wide fabric combines a relaxed natural handle with a clearly defined printed-style botanical scene. The design includes rounded fruit trees, tall stylised foliage, perched birds and distinctive coral-red flying birds, all arranged across a 45 cm vertical and 69 cm horizontal repeat. Its 20,000 Martindale rub test makes it suitable for fixed and loose upholstery as well as curtains and bedspreads. Lilliput Aqua must be professionally dry cleaned.

How to use it

Use the pale aqua ground to bring a cool, airy note to a window seat, occasional chair or full-length curtains, then pick out the muted coral fruit and birds with plain cushions or painted woodwork. Its storybook orchard motif also works especially well on a relaxed bedspread.
