Floris Chartreuse

Botanist FabricCCF0486-02

Floris Chartreuse combines an ivory ground with scattered botanical sprigs, pale foliage and distinctive chartreuse flower heads. The yellow-green accents bring a mellow, garden-inspired lift without overwhelming the light background.

About this fabric

The design layers small chartreuse and olive-toned flower clusters with fine charcoal-grey stems and airy, pale grey leaves, creating a varied but balanced repeat. Its 65cm vertical repeat and 43cm horizontal repeat give the pattern a medium-scale rhythm that remains easy to read across the cloth. With a 129cm usable width and 329gsm weight, it is a versatile furnishing fabric suited to both drapery and lighter upholstery applications. The standard length is 40m, useful for planning larger coordinated schemes.

How to use it

Use this muted chartreuse colourway to brighten an ivory or warm-neutral room through relaxed curtains, a statement chair or cushions. Echo the grey botanical linework with soft grey upholstery and keep surrounding finishes understated so the yellow-green blooms remain the focal detail.

A softly graphic botanical for curtains, occasional upholstery and coordinated furnishing accents.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Floris Chartreuse without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
