About this fabric

The swatch shows a warm ivory base rather than a stark white, with tiny taupe-grey threads giving the close diagonal weave subtle depth. The fine herringbone effect remains understated, creating a lightly tactile surface without a bold motif. At 418 gsm and 143 cm usable width, Rowland Linen has the weight and substance suited to upholstery. It has no vertical pattern repeat, a 3 cm horizontal repeat and a standard length of 30 m.

How to use it

Use this softly warm ivory colourway on a tailored armchair, sofa or dining seat where its fine woven texture can add interest without darkening the room. Pair it with chalky whites, natural timber and muted taupe accents to echo the swatch’s gentle flecking.
