About this fabric

This 418gsm fabric has a substantial hand and is well suited to upholstery, with the close weave reading as durable and tailored in the swatch. The charcoal tone is cool and muted, while tiny tonal shifts in the weave catch the light across the surface. A 3cm horizontal repeat adds a barely perceptible woven rhythm against the predominantly vertical texture. It is supplied at a usable width of 143cm, with a standard length of 30m.

How to use it

Use Rowland Charcoal on a sofa, armchair or dining seat where its cool, deep grey can anchor warmer timber, brushed metal and softly coloured cushions. The restrained texture also works well for a clean, contemporary room that needs depth without a visible pattern.
